Insurance
See what your policies cover and how each kind of cover works.
We read your policies back in plain English and mark which covers are required. We show what exists and what the rules say, never what to buy.

What it is
Insurance pays out if you are ill or injured and cannot work, you die, a car or home is damaged, a trip goes wrong or a patient makes a claim against you. You need professional indemnity to practise. Most other cover is your choice. Each policy’s wording sets what it pays.
Straight answers
What we do, and what we don’t.
We do
- Read your policies back in plain English
- Mark which covers are requirements
- Show what income protection at your income could pay under today’s limits
- Work out the surcharge and your Lifetime Health Cover deadline from your pay and your Medicare date
- Tell you before cover renews or lapses
- Ask where a claim is up to, on your approval
- Introduce a licensed broker or adviser if you ask, and tell you first if we are paid
- Read your travel policy back, and introduce a licensed travel insurer if you ask, with any payment disclosed
We don’t
- Recommend a policy or an insurer
- Arrange cover or advise on it. A licensed insurer, broker or adviser does that
- Keep the policy file, or any medical detail in it
- Pick which gaps to mention. If a gap applies, it is raised for everyone
- Argue a claim for you. That is a licensed service; a lawyer or licensed adviser does it
