Your pay against your agreement

We read each payslip against your agreement and your contract, and show where they differ.

Examplean overseas doctor in PerthFortnight to 24 Sep 2026
Classification on payslip
Resident Medical Officer, Year 1
Your contract says
Supervised Medical Officer, Year 1
Difference a year
$26,383
Base rate
$102,377 a year, right for that classification
Overtime on timesheets

What we do

  • Read each payslip against your agreement and your contract

What we don’t

  • Raise anything with payroll for you. You decide, and your union can take it up
  • Say which classification you should be on. We show what your contract and payslip each say

Checked on every payslip

We also check your tax, leave and allowances.

Your payslip also shows the tax taken out, your leave balances and your allowances. We check each one.

The tax-free threshold with two jobs

Agency shifts, a casual pool or a second job

Claim the tax-free threshold from one employer only. Claim it with both and too little tax comes out of each pay. You owe the difference when you lodge.

Leave and allowances

Read from every payslip

Your payslip shows your leave balances and allowances. We keep running totals, so you see if leave or an allowance you are owed goes missing.

91.2 hours, about two and a half weeks
Development allowance
$257.61 a fortnight, $6,698 a year, as the agreement sets

Keeping super honest

Check the super on your payslip reaches your fund.

Your employer must pay your super into your fund. Your payslip shows what was promised. Your fund’s statement shows what arrived.

Your super against your fund

Everyone paid wages

Since 1 July 2026 your employer must pay super with your wages, and it must reach your fund within 7 business days of payday. We match each payslip against your fund’s record, so a missing payment shows as soon as that record reaches your vault.
